It is time to say "good-bye" to our college students as they head back to campus. Typically days filled with mixed emotions. Although the personal property of a college student is covered under a homeowner policy, the deductible will apply. If your son/daughter is renting while at school, it may make sense to get a renters policy. This is very inexpensive, and more than likely are required by the landlord. Also, remember to take care of their laptops with a personal articles policy. Again, not expensive and the coverage is comprehensive.
