"Omg i have nothing but beautiful things to report about Mr. Ed Hart's State Farm Insurance office!! If i could give the entire office a 10+++ I definitely would without hesitation. My mum passed away 5 years ago and per her request I stepped into her mighty big shoes and picked up where she has left off. Now let's start with pricing...i thought wow my parents have been with this same company for over 50 yrs chuckling to myself n thought I know I can get a better newer current rate w the same amounts of coverage cheaper bc they just got lazy n just stuck w this state farm office out of CONVENIENCE is all...LET ME HONESTLY ENLIGHTEN YOU as i enlightened myself after much research...ive started getting quotes with 3 insurance companies and to my amazement I was SHOCKED!!! Not only were they in marginal pricing rates but the amount of coverage with Ed was much higher...i felt defeated thinking this can't be no way and everyone knows your paying for the brand here...well after about 5 more quotes n looking at what our limits were I finally gave up and I quit my quest to save more money...sure I can save a few dollars and trust me it was literally not much AND at what SACRIFICE....the office makes calling to pay your bill actually enjoyable they know my name...wait what....yes they all actually know im Roger's daughter Doreen and they remember things like how dad's suffering w cancer...just that right there is so beautiful and there's always sincerity real not fake sincerity in their voices...name one place you call with this going on...im hearing crickets ppl!!!...lol...then add in the money per the rate...its GREAT when i say they give you an amazing limits coverage for a cheaper price well u cannot go wrong...hands down...i tried n I will never leave Ed Harts Office...NO WAY... then the final thing that earned them my business is the fact that not once but twice...2xs I couldn't pay my bill on time n I don't mean a day or two but more like 30 plus days n idk if they can always help but twice I ran into financial difficulties and I emailed them rather than calling bc I felt like a smuck and I mentioned I will not drive car until I pay this in few days on payday both times they assured me to "NOT stress pay on date_" I said I could and get this "u can go ahead n drive no worries!!"idk that there was a LATE FEE I honestly really think there wasn't I may be wrong but I'll tell you this if there was one it was very minimal...now I've had progressive n geico n all state personally and I know these companies will suspend your coverages in a heartbeat!! Now I know they only give 9 day grace periods...yuck! And they hit you with late fees when obviously your having financial issues not HELPFUL....ANYWAY I've had many troubles with these companies and yes it was my own fault but my point here is this...i never spend 20 minutes typing a review for ANY COMPANY bc I guess truth be told most companies don't care..most companies no offense here but alot are now using different language dialect and thats VERY FRUSTERATING BC I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM and I can guarantee they won't know anything about you and your family the way Ed Hart's office does and ya know that right there IT MATTERS!!!!!! IT'S NICE and IT'S GENUINE never forced....it reminds my 57 yr old self of the good old days where you walk into an establishment and there's an actual conversation struck up and you leave with a pep to your step and a warmth in your HART!! Did ya catch the play on words their...Check them out yourself...I've never in my life wrote a review like this one with this much sincere gratitude for everything they do...cheaper prices w a great drive safe and save programs and can cut up to 30% savings and higher deductible save you big money too and bundle home owners insurance w auto and renters insurance bundled with auto !! Fyi I got that info off the internet for everyone bc i just cannot express how great this StateFarm insurance company is. So go have a blessed day and stay safe out there!! 😊 🚗 ❤️ 🌞 🚗 😊"
